I would like to send a huge thank your to Connie Heinen, she is a licensed and certified tattooist, and does Cosmetic tattooing. I needed something different than most of her clients who see her for permanent make-up, such as eyeliner, eyebrows or lips. I had a double mastectomy in the year 2000. I had had nipples tattooed on as part of the reconstructive process of making breasts. The nipples, although unseen by anyone except myself and my husband, were awful!! I cried for two days after I saw them. I lived with them for the past 10 years, hating them every time I saw them, but since I was stuck with them, I just dealt with it. I went with a friend and talked to Connie. After hearing what she had to say and having her design pigments colors just for me, I decided to go for it. Oh my gosh ! I had no idea of how different I would feel after having them done and correctly. I actually look like I have real nipples. Connie just didn't change something on the outside, just changed me totally on the inside. I was surprised I was still carrying that sadness around with me every day. Connie gave me back something I had lost 10 years ago, my sense of femininity, I am surprised at how I feel now. I feel womanly ! I recommend Connie for her beautiful work on permanent make-up. My Permanent makeup by Connie Heinen was very professional. Her instincts on color and shape are right on. My eyeliner has lasted well over 5 years without a touch-up and I get many compliments on my eyebrows. I have recommended her to my friends and they are equally pleased.

Connie, I am so happy with my permanent eyebrows!!! It is so wonderful getting up in the mornings with eyebrows and knowing that I don't have to worry about which will be worn off during the day.
